Registration for the LifeWalk
Thank you for putting your feet into action and pre-registering for the 2009 LifeWalk! There are two great ways to sign-up for CareNet’s annual LifeWalk on April 24, 2010:

Signing up sponsors is very easy - you will find that most people are willing to donate!
Our sample sponsor letter is an easy tool to tell how individual Walkers and their Sponsors significantly impact the life saving programs offered through the ministry of CareNet. Cut and paste this short letter into an e-mail message or mail this letter to potential sponsors and you will increase the number of friends and family who sponsor you!
